Product license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the included vault, templates, prompts, videos, and guides for your own personal or internal business finances. You may use the system across your own devices.

What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, share purchase access, publish substantially similar derivative templates, or make the product available as part of another paid or free product without written permission.

Educational purpose

Financial Freedom OS provides educational information and organizational workflows. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Third-party tools

Obsidian, Gumroad, AI providers, community plugins, Hermes, and OpenClaw are independent third-party products. Their availability, pricing, privacy, and performance are outside our control. References to them do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Updates

Your purchase includes updates released within version 1. Future major versions or separate products may require a new purchase. We may improve, replace, or remove individual files when doing so preserves the product’s core function.

Refunds

Because the product is delivered as downloadable digital files, purchases are generally final. If your download is defective, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days so we can repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate. Any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction still apply.

Warranty and liability

The product is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise any financial outcome. Our total liability arising from the product will not exceed the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
